How it works
Sellers publish their home with photos, pricing, and an open offer window. Buyers browse, save searches, schedule viewings, and place competitive offers. When the seller is happy with an offer, they accept it in principle and both sides move to closing with the professionals of their choice.
What JibKey is — and isn't
JibKey is a marketplace platform, not a brokerage. We don't represent either side of a transaction, and we never hold deposits, earnest money, or purchase funds. We charge simple, transparent platform fees — nothing else. An accepted offer on JibKey is an agreement in principle, not a binding sale contract; closing happens through the title company, attorney, or lender you choose.
